Rules
Welcome to Laghaim Original. The following rules apply on our Discord server and in the game. By playing on this server you accept these rules.
Discord
DO NOT
  • Direct message or ping developers, staff or other users
  • Spam (unwanted links, images or GIFs)
  • Abuse verification tickets - legitimate verifications only!
DO
  • Use common sense (be nice, kind and respectful towards staff and other users)!
Ingame
DO NOT
  • Use any hacks (teleport, no-clip, range hack or any other!) -> lifetime ban
  • Use any bot or script to farm monsters automatically -> ban
  • Modify anything on the client -> ban
  • Trade items for real money (buyer and seller will be punished) (updated 30 Nov 2021)
  • Trade anything for real money (buyer and seller will be punished) (updated 29 Oct 2022)
  • Intentionally PvP people in the open world or hunt their monsters. Everyone should be able to play peacefully on this server and enjoy the nostalgic feeling. (updated 01 Feb 2022)
  • Misuse the trade system or any other system to share political or religious opinions. (added 16 Oct 2023, updated 27 Nov 2024)
  • Kill your own or your friends' characters to grind points in a Castle War, or use any other way to manipulate or gain points -> ban (updated 04 Dec 2024)
  • Misuse the Summon Stone for the Saith Serpent S1 boss: it spawns one boss for you or your team only. Do not use it for mass spawning, as this disrupts the normal gameplay of others. -> ban
DO
  • Answer a Game Master in-game within 2 minutes. If you do not answer, you may be kicked or even banned from the server.
Information
  • If you find a bug, post it in the "bug-report" section on Discord. Only one message per bug report. You can discuss things in the "general" chat. Exploiting bugs can lead to a ban.
  • If you see a hacker, send a Game Master a private message on Discord and we will investigate.
Boss Rules
The following bosses may be killed:
Once per day (per person, not per character):
  • The Serpent Queen
  • S1 bosses
  • Magria bosses (Turan, Balkariya, Barsha, Queiz, Beargrid)
Magria Map Bosses
  • Magria map bosses work the same as the Dekaran bosses. Each character must also be a unique player in order to do the bosses that day. If the same player uses multiple accounts to exploit this, a ban may be considered.
  • Each boss (3 different bosses per map) can be done once per day. If you do a boss twice a day, it will drop nothing.
  • The timer resets at midnight server time.
4 runs of 2 bosses each, so a total of 8 bosses:
  • Ran Genus bosses
Dekaran Changes
  • The door key for the Ran Genus bosses can be purchased from the LP Store in Laglamia for 20 LP or alternatively from the Lime shop in Dekaran.
  • Instance average level > 200; the rooms behind the key-locked door on the 1st floor were changed to Genus Laboratory-like rooms.
  • One character can only do 8 boss kills; after that the character no longer receives drops.
  • Ran Genus bosses reset at 00:00 server time.
  • The drop chance scales with the number of players: the more players, the higher the chance.
  • Players may NOT run 8 bosses on their main character and then 8 more on a secondary character. Ran Genus bosses are limited to 8 per day per PERSON, not per character. Players who get caught will receive a permanent ban.

It is not allowed to log in multiple characters for these bosses.

The timer resets at 00:00 German time.

Dual Logging on Bosses

Due to the increasing number of questions about dual logging, here is a clear statement: dual playing is strictly forbidden on any boss encounter, with the exception of Aidian for buff purposes.

To clarify what is considered a boss, here is the list:

  • Dekaran instance bosses (not Stone Golem, Head Oger, Moloch)
  • War Giants
  • Soul Reaper
  • Evolution encounters
  • Genus Laboratory bosses
  • Durant
  • Serpent Queen
  • All 275 map bosses
  • Brutal Drake
  • S1 - Saith Serpent
  • S1.5 - Ice Dragoon
  • S2 - mini-bosses (Trample Puncher, Cruel Nipper, Gigant Drawing, Gigant Artilary)
  • S2 - boss Iron Widow
